Senior Product Designer – XR, Spatial UX & AI
Lucid Reality Labs is a team creating enterprise XR and AI products that make training safer, learning more effective, and complex work easier to perform. Our projects include immersive safety and skills training, simulations, digital twins, and intelligent XR experiences.
We are looking for a senior Product Designer who can raise the design quality of our products end to end: from intuitive spatial interactions and training flows to polished, premium visual experiences.
Your mission
You will make complex XR products feel clear, natural, and engaging in real use not only look good in Figma.
You will lead the design of flows, interfaces, spatial interactions, feedback systems, and visual direction for products used in VR, AR, mixed reality, and 2D companion interfaces. You will work closely with product managers, Unity/XR developers, 3D artists, technical artists, and clients.

Full-Stack JavaScript Developer

The remaining 20% of your responsibilities will involve front-end work using React. We are looking for an accomplished engineer who excels at designing, optimizing, and deploying sophisticated back-end systems, yet is comfortable contributing to front-end needs when necessary.

As a Technical Artist with strong 3D Generalist skills, you will play a key role in bridging art and technology, helping build high-quality optimized 3D content for immersive XR/VR experiences. You will work across multiple stages of the 3D production pipeline, combining hands-on 3D content creation – modeling, texturing, and asset preparation – with technical implementation inside Unity, shader development, and optimization.
