3D Generalist / Technical Artist
As a Technical Artist with strong 3D Generalist skills, you will play a key role in bridging art and technology, helping build high-quality optimized 3D content for immersive XR/VR experiences. You will work across multiple stages of the 3D production pipeline, combining hands-on 3D content creation — modeling, texturing, and asset preparation — with technical implementation inside Unity, shader development, and optimization.

In this role, you will be *primarily* responsible for *back-end development* (approximately 80% of your tasks) to build and maintain robust, scalable server-side solutions. The remaining 20% of your responsibilities will involve front-end work using React. We are looking for an accomplished engineer who excels at designing, optimizing, and deploying sophisticated back-end systems, yet is comfortable contributing to front-end needs when necessary.
